Building a Product-Centric Organisation from the Ground Up
Engaged as the executive leadership responsible for all digital product delivery at a multi-bn$ revenue enterprise, we restructured a 300-person technology function from a traditional project-based model into a fully product-centric organisation. We introduced OKR-driven prioritisation, established cross-functional product squads across booking, mobile, check-in and data, and built the hiring and capability frameworks needed to sustain a high-performance delivery culture.
