Working as Chief Digital Officer at a multi-bn$ consumer-facing enterprise, we defined and executed a comprehensive digital transformation strategy — delivering a new self-serve digital platform, completing a full cloud data migration, and standing up an enterprise data & AI capability. All workstreams were governed through a newly created PMO overseeing a significant multi-million $ capital programme, with OKR-driven alignment across product, engineering and data teams.
